Looking for a new dress for Christmas

Christmas is near and I am still looking for a new dress for Christmas.

It’s indeed not easy to find one that will somehow covers the “fats” and still look nice on it.

Many dresses that I come across shows the body shapes which means showing all my “spare tyres” as well as my flabby arms.

I am also trying to find some nice trousers but again, with a big thigh, it’s difficult. Tight fitting trousers would shows my big thighs. Straight cut trousers doesn’t fit me as well. Really upset at the moment.

Am now trying on a temporary diet and would share about it in my next post.

1.5 weeks more to go before Chirstmas is here. I truly hope my diet would works and reduce slightly on my weight.

Merry Christmas!

Oops! Growing More Fat-Fat…

Sigh….Growing more fat-fat recently. Heavier and heavier now. Probably due to hormon change as I have just stop breastfeeding my 19 months old baby boy…

I did an analysis on my weight by consulting a profession. I suppose I am overweight by about 10kg as at now and 32% of my body consisted of fats, and have water retention as well.

I was less overweight after giving birth to my baby last April 2005 due to breastfeeding. Unfortunately, my weight is climbing upwards again.

Very sad now as friends are asking whether I am pregnant again (which I am not).

Some clothes are tighter now especially trousers.

Am trying out some diet plan to prevent on wrong food intake. Shall see how it goes.

Why Fat? Why Me?

Why fat? Why me? I suppose that question was asked by many who has size matters.

Since the age of 10, I am facing the fat problem like an business cycle. I grew fatter at times but reduce a bit sometimes.

I was very sensitive even at the age of 10. Really upset when my classmates calls me Miss Fatty. I was a monitor of the class then, and I would hit my classmates who teases me with a ruler to shut their mouth.

I used to cry over one corner and have low self esteem ….wondering why I was that fat eventhough I don’t have a fat daddy and mummy.

Can’t really remember how heavy I was, but I had a waist of more than 26 inches when I was only 10 years old and only about 4 feet+ tall. Can’t even see my waist line.
